We specialise in commercial OSM construction with our core product range including commercial buildings, residential apartment buildings, hotel facilities, institutional housing, temporary accommodation and long-term care facilities. Our capabilities also extend to residential and transportable tiny homes, and agricultural buildings. We partner with Fitzgerald Construction as their North Island conjugate and are approved Ministry of Education modular building partners.
We believe in a sustainable approach to construction. Each Stack project is planned to maximise the use of all materials, enabling us to reduce the amount of construction waste by up to 85%*.
Our 15,000+ m2 in-door factory is equipped with cutting-edge technology, and our experienced team is made up of industry leaders in their fields.
